Dear friends of bioinformatics and life science data analysis, as already announced at beginning of September we're having our next Bioinformatics Round Table on 23.10.2024 Wednesday from 12.00 until 14.00 in the ZMF Seminar Room EG086 . Two researches will present their work: 1. Bioinformatics round table 23.10.2024

Dear Bioinformatic friends and all life science data analysts, summer break is slowly coming to its end and it’s time to start making plans for our activities in autumn. One activity is our next Bioinformatics round table, for which we set the day to be on 23 October 2024. Please mark it already in your calendar. Since we always have two to three short talks/presentations I’d like to invite you to participate and present your project, maybe published paper, PhD, Master work, or any other pipeline, workflow, program, database, that you’re using and would like to share it with us. Just reply to this E-Mail and I’ll put your talk in the agenda. Additionally report also in case you have some wishes, complaints, comments that you’d like to address during our round table. Next Bioinformatics round table

Greetings, coworkers On our last meeting I was unable to announce our plans for the upcoming bioinformatics round table due to time constraints. We have a unique chance this year to host our next Bioinformatics round table in a different setting. We've been involved in the Austria Bioinformatics effort for a number of years, which hosts annual Austrian Bioinformatics Workshops. This year, it will take place in our Medical University Graz, and I'm happy to extend an invitation to you to come. In addition, we would like to highlight that the Austrian Bioinformatics Workshop will be followed by the 20 Years ZMF Anniversary. Bioinformatics round table 2024
