Dear colleagues,
We would like to invite you to our last Bioinformatics Round Table of the year, which will take place in a slightly different format:
🗓 Date: 27.11.2025
⏰ Time: 09.00 Round Table starts before the 10x Genomics Workshop
📍 Location: MC2.Q.01.027 (SR 65) on Campus West, Neue Stiftingtalstraße 6, 8010 Graz
This time, the Round Table will serve as an open, informal space to exchange ideas, discuss analysis challenges, and share ongoing work. If you would like to:
* briefly present a project,
* raise a question about data analysis, HPC usage, or any related topic, or
* initiate an open discussion on a specific issue,
please feel free to let us know. Short, spontaneous contributions are very welcome.
After the Round Table, you are warmly invited to stay for the 10x Genomics Workshop.
A separate email with the workshop registration link will follow shortly.
We look forward to seeing you there and wrapping up the year together with insightful discussions.
Best regards,
Slave
