Bioinformatics round table March 2025

Dear Researcher, dear Colleague, dear friend of Bioinformatics, our first Bioinformatics round table in 2025 will take place on 19 March 2025 from 13.00 until 15.00 in the ZMF seminar room SR086/86 from 13.00 until 15.00. Joins us to hear the latest news and meet other colleagues working on life science data analysis. It will be nice when some of you shares some interesting achievement or recent discovery of useful software. We're also supporting discussions around issues or problems in your work, as well as with the MedUni IT infrastructure, primarily MedBioNode. Bioinformatics round table 4th December 2024 09.00 until 10.00

Dear Bioinformatics round table members, herewith I’d like to announce our last meeting in 2024, scheduled for 04.12.2024 from 09.00 until 10.00 in the seminar room from ZMF in ground floor (ZMF SR EG086). This time we’ll have different format. There will be no presentations and talks, but discussion and information exchange over coffee and cake. In the beginning I’m going to present changes and plans for further development of the MedBioNode, Medical University Graz HPC infrastructure. Dear Bioinformatic friends and all life science data analysts, summer break is slowly coming to its end and it’s time to start making plans for our activities in autumn. One activity is our next Bioinformatics round table, for which we set the day to be on 23 October 2024. Please mark it already in your calendar. Since we always have two to three short talks/presentations I’d like to invite you to participate and present your project, maybe published paper, PhD, Master work, or any other pipeline, workflow, program, database, that you’re using and would like to share it with us.
