Dear MedBioNode users,
please be aware that during the cluster maintenance, we've also changed the slurm
configuration. Now there are two queues (partitions):
1. cpu partition
2. gpu partition for jobs requiring GPU processing
When submitting jobs you need to specify the partition and therefore adopt your scripts by
adding the parameter partition = cpu.
Best regards,
Slave

Hello, good morning.
I have tried to send some jobs with the new partition and I am getting every time the same
error:
o_digeroni@sx036: $ sbatch run-MD-medbio.sh
sbatch: error: Batch job submission failed: I/O error writing script/environment to file
I do not know if someone else is getting the same issue... but as far as I see in the
queue, only o_trajan is running something.
Thanks in advance, best regards.
