Dear colleagues, researches and friends of big scale biological data analysis,

I’m glad to invite you to our first bioinformatics round table for this year. As in my previous E-Mail announced, it will be on 20.03.2023 Wednesday from 12.00 until 14.00 as usual at ZMF ground floor SR EG086/087. This time we have two presenters:

Leonida Lamp “Unmasking lipid double bond positions in routine LC-MS/MS data”, group Jürgen Hartler, Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences/Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the University of Graz;
Robert Harb "Diffusion-based generation of Histopathological Whole Slide Images at a Gigapixel scale", Diagnostic and Research Institute of Pathology Medical University Graz

After the talks we plan to cover MedUni Graz internal topics, IT Roadmap, data management, MedBioNode cluster, future plans and user initiated discussions.
