Dear friends of bioinformatics and life science data analysis,

as already announced at beginning of September we’re having our next Bioinformatics Round Table on 23.10.2024 Wednesday from 12.00 until 14.00 in the ZMF Seminar Room EG086 . Two researches will present their work:

1. Compartment Specific Immune Microenvironment in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease from Ayu Hutami Syarif - PhD student (Lung Group, Otto Loewi Research Center)
2. LBFextract: Unveiling transcription factor dynamics from liquid biopsy data from Isaac Lazzeri (Human Genetics)

There is also time for general discussion after the two presentations, where you can bring your own ideas about our Bioinformatics Round Table. Since we’re organizing sandwiches and refreshments, please confirm your participation over the link:
